독후감) Radical condor: how to implement in your work

 

The term of radical condor is not a new word for me. Last year, I was in a charge of company culture generatation. I took the online course called Creative Collabration by the well known design company IDEO. I opened a weely workshop for every employees in my company and it has finished after 2 month. During the workshop, we dealt with how to exchange our opinion step by step. One of important term was Radical Condor. Be straight but care others feeling.

This book is about Radical Condor and how to implement well into our work. As a manger of the mechanic team, it was a perfect timing to bring this method to my team. I am struggling with one employee in my team who always decide many things by himself when he has no clue about it. The founder and I had discussed many times about the employee. How to change his way of thinking. This book does not give me the idea because all cases is focused on situations in States. However, this gave me small insights that I can give a shot.

I plan to have a long meeting with the employee on Monday. Hope the best.
